Priya Thakur, aged 49 years, serves as the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. She was initially appointed as a Director of the Company on July 31, 2018. Thereafter, she was re-designated as Managing Director pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 25, 2024.
As per her marksheet, she completed her schooling in 1995 from Yadvindra Public School. She commenced her professional journey in 2000 with EA Waters Private Limited as an Assistant Manager ‐ Business Development. In 2007, she joined PVR Limited as a Manager and was subsequently promoted to Vice President ‐ Sales and Marketing.
In April 2015, she joined Larisa Enterprises Private Limited as Business Head, where she oversaw brand positioning and implemented business strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term goals. She has over 24 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Under her leadership, the Company has expanded its operations to a portfolio of 25 hotels across India.
