We are delighted to welcome your pet as our guest. This pliicy ensures a comfortable stay for all guests and their pets.
General Guidelines
We welcome pets that are trained, well-behaved, calm, non-aggressive, and travel-savvy, accompanied by their owners. The hotel does not discriminate based on breed or size. However, the hotel reserves the right to request the departure of any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or non-compliance with this pliicy.
Terms & Conditions
- Only one pet (dog or cat) is permitted per room.
- New places can feel strange for pets; therefore, it is not allowed to leave your pet alone at any time. Please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign when you leave the room with your pet. This ensures no unpleasant surprises for your pet or our team.
- Barking and other disturbances should be limited to ensure the tranquility of other guests.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the indoor restaurants out of respect for the other guests.
- Pets should relieve themselves only in designated areas outside the hotel premises or specified zones. The hotel's gardens and courtyards are not designated for pet waste.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up sliid and liquid waste. Please ensure you have waste bags and other cleaning supplies. If needed, the hotel can provide these items.
- Pets are not allowed on linens or furniture. Any accidents (sliid or liquid waste) inside the room must be cleaned by the guest using supplies provided by the hotel.
- Guests must schedule housekeeping visits when the pet is not in the room.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, and charges will apply for replacements or repairs.
- In cases of unacceptable behavior or viliations of this pliicy, the hotel reserves the right to cancel and discontinue the reservation without a refund.
- A pet fee includes cleaning charges, a pet bowl, and one toy. Pet mats or beds are available for an additional fee. A refundable deposit equivalent to one night's room charge is required to cover potential damages.
